How do I set up a Stripe Account?

From your ReDance store dashboard, you can seamlessly connect your Stripe account by following these steps:

For Existing Stripe Users:

1. Click on the blue Connect with Strip button.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Select your existing Stripe account and click continue.
4. Enter your password and the 2FA code sent to you for verification.

You will then be redirected to your ReDance dashboard. Your Stripe account is now connected, and you're ready to list your first item for sale.

For New Stripe Users:

If you don't have a Stripe account, you can easily create one by following these simple instructions:

1. Click on the blue 'Connect with Stripe' button
2. Enter your email address and click continue
3. Enter a password and click continue
4. Enter your phone number (so that Stripe can verify that you are a real person and keep your account safe and secure).
5. You will receive a 6-digit code sent to your phone number which you must enter here.
6. Stripe will then give you a special code for you to copy and keep somewhere safe. Make sure you do this. (This is just a secure way of getting into your account if your device is ever lost or stolen). Press continue.
7. Select your business location as Australia.
8. Your type of business is Individual/Sole Trader (unless you are a registered business).
9. Select if you have an ABN (if unsure, select no).
10. Enter your personal details
11. Select your industry (clothing and accessories), and website (you can use http://www.redance.com.au as this is where you will be selling from), and provide a product description (e.g. pre-loved dancewear).
12. Add your bank account details.
13. Continue with all steps until your account is created.

You will then be redirected to your ReDance dashboard. Your Stripe account is now connected, and you're ready to list your first item for sale.

Remember, this setup only needs to be done once!
