How do I manage shipping and delivery after I sell an item?

  • As a seller, it is your responsibility to coordinate the shipment and delivery of your sold items.
  • You have the freedom to select your preferred shipping provider, although we suggest Australia Post.
  • With ReDance, you can provide your customers with two shipping options: Standard National shipping or free collection.
  • By default, a standard national shipping fee of $10 is applied to your items. However, you can modify this cost by accessing the shipping settings in your vendor dashboard under the settings tab.
  • To prevent any misunderstandings, make sure to clearly communicate the shipping details in your product listings.
  • We highly recommend tracking each sale for added security and transparency.
